Custom made swim moulds may be useful for those who have undergone ear surgery, such as grommet insertion; when it is advised to prevent water from entering the middle-ear. In these cases it is also important to use the swim moulds when bathing, as soapy water is more prone to entering the middle-ear. Swim moulds have also been useful to those who are prone to suffering from ear infections after swimming.

Swim moulds are made in a variety of colours to the exact shape of the ear and are manufactured in house from a strong and durable silicone material which floats in water.

Industrial & leisure noise moulds: £25 to £80 per pair.

For those who work in noisy environments, or who take part in activities that expose them to excessive noise, hearing protection is vital. Motorcyclists are at particular risk and even the best helmets may on their own, not provide sufficient noise protection when driving at speed for long durations.
For those working in noise for prolonged periods, it is advisable to combine custom noise moulds with ear muffs for maximum attenuation and regular breaks away from noise is essential.

Custom noise moulds can be worn comfortably on their own, under a motorcycle helmet, or under ear muffs and are made from high grade silicone. The type recommended may depend on your requirements and preference.

Shooting moulds - Custom electron noise suppression (CENS):

Imagine being able to hear the rustling of the trees, and the quiet conversations around you and still have the noisy shot from your gun dulled to a relatively quiet thud. The custom made moulds ensure an exact fit, thereby maximising the attenuation of external sounds. An ultra miniature adaptive compression amplifier channels outside noise to the ear and the special micro electronic circuit will allow the user to hear all environmental sounds, including the gun being fired. The levels of sound in the ear will be kept to a safe level, providing a natural sound experience.
CENS Digital - Features digital circuitry and two user selectable memories for different environments - clay and game shooting.
Custom moulds will give approximately 20dB attenuation.

Musicians’ ear moulds - ER9, ER15, ER25: £180 per pair

These custom made in-the-canal ear plugs are ideal for musicians as they can be ordered in different attenuation levels to suit differing environments. Individually moulded from an impression of the users ear to ensure an exact fit and maximum wearing comfort.
